JOSEPH BOATENG
Joseph Boateng is the Executive Director of the African Centre for International Relations. He is an International Relations and Communications Specialist with over 15 years working experience in Banking, Project Management, and the Oil & Gas sector. He has worked with the British Council, OMNIBSCI, Consolidate Bank Ghana and the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC).
In 2007, Joseph was the Project Consultant for FIRST MAGAZINE – UK when the company was accredited by the Government of Ghana to produce and publish the African Union Official event magazine when the Head of States met in Accra. Still working as Project Consultant for FIRST Magazine, he coordinated the publication of the Official Ghana Report for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Conference Official Magazine. In 2011 he was involved in a groundbreaking documentary on the Economic History of Ghana. He is a member of the Ghana Journalist Association, Institute of Public Relations – Ghana, Chartered Institute of Marketing – Ghana.
Articles to his credit include: Creating Competitive Advantage…. Republished in Business & Finance Magazine.
He Holds an LLB from the University of London – UK, an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy from GIMPA – Ghana, Executive MBA from the University of Ghana and a BA in Psychology with Philosophy also from the University of Ghana. He is currently a PhD student in International Law at the Philippine Christian University in the Philippines.

Shadrach Baa-Naa Kundi is an International Relations Analyst with a strong passion for environmental policy implementation. His research efforts focus on climate change financing in Africa, recognizing the urgent need for sustainable solutions in the region while having a dynamic tool set for international affairs among African states.
In 2022, he worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Political Science Department of the University of Ghana where he demonstrated his dedication to expanding knowledge and assisting students in their educational pursuits. Shadrach has valuable research experience from the Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research (ISSER) University of Ghana. With a particular focus on Africa affairs, he aims to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that foster sustained growth and progress in the region.
Shadrach’s combination of academic excellence, research proficiency, and genuine concern for Africa’s relations with the rest of the world positions him as a promising and dedicated individual ready to tackle the challenges in Africa and advocate for sustainable development in Africa.
He holds a Masters of Arts (MA) in International Affairs from the Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy (LECIAD) and a BA in Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon.
